"I made a keto version loosely based on this recipe but more improvised," writes senior photographer Sarah Tew.
– 1 cup of iced coffee I made in a regular coffee maker (no instant available)
– 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream (fat = good in keto diet!)
– 10-12 hazelnut stevia late instead of sugar
– about 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and a dash of regular kefir to add a healthy probiotic dose.
"Popped out pretty well as a dessert-like coffee drink. I tried freezing the leftovers to make & # 39; coffee ice cream & # 39; but unfortunately it doesn't scoop well, it just flake (too airy I guess), so I did not photograph that. "
