Although Alexa cannot replace your doctor, it can be with the Dr. AI skills help you diagnose a disease that you may have. Dr. AI was trained by more than 107,000 doctors with 141 specialties. Once turned on, just say "Alexa, talk to Dr. AI" to get started.
As soon as you talk about the symptoms you experience, it will try to find possible medical explanations that are appropriate to your age, gender, medication and more. After diagnosis, the bone will offer to connect you with a real doctor.
Again, this is not a real doctor and if your condition persists, you should visit your local healthcare provider.
Only the temperature  If you ask Alexa what the temperature is outside, you expect to get it too. However, Alexa will not only stop at the temperature and will continue to provide more information about the weather. With the Only the Temperature skill, Alexa will only read the temperature.
To use the skill, you say, "Alexa, just ask the temperature what the current temperature is." Now you can get information about the current temperature without hearing the rest of the day.
Make Me Smart
If you want to stay up to date with current events, try a skill like Make Me Smart from Marketplace from their podcast, also titled Make Me Smart. This skill is hosted by Kai Ryssdal and Molly Wood (formerly from CNET!), Who tell you about the economy, pop culture, technology and current events. When you are ready to start, say "Alexa, make me smart" and get information about a specific topic and why it is important.
If there is something you want to know more about and you want to explain Make Me Smart, you can submit it directly through the skill.
Purely for entertainment, Beer Goggles wants to help you decide when you've had enough. When you enable the Beer Goggles skill, you say, "Alexa, open Beer Goggles" to get started.
Alexa will go through a series of humorous questions to decide when it's time to leave the bar. After you have answered all the questions, Alexa will assess your level of sobriety.
Remember that this skill is designed for entertainment only and should never be used to make the decision to drink more alcohol. Always use common sense and never drink or drive.
This Day in History
If you want to learn a little history every day, you will enjoy the skill This Day in History. This skill is created by the History Channel and tells you the top events that have taken place in the past on any desired date.
To start, just say, "Alexa, start This Day in History." If it mentions something that you are particularly interested in, you can find more information by saying "hear more about this event".
If you want to get ideas started during a meeting at work, the Giant Spoon skill can help you with that. Start by saying, "Alexa, ask Giant Spoon for help with brainstorming," and wait for Alexa to come up with an idea for you.
Giant Spoon is a marketing company, so his suggestions are a great way to start a meeting – especially if you no longer have any ideas.
