The company also has a web page where test sites can register their location for verification by Apple. So if you partner with a health care provider for any of the labs or companies that perform tests, you will need to submit your information to Apple (more below).
To see the list of current COVID-1
Go to register.apple.com/covid-19 to add a test location and download the template. The template asks for details such as company name, address, test hours and phone number. Once you have completed your test site information, email the file to Apple's email, email@example.com. Apple notes that it does not have an estimated time how long it will take to publish your test site to the Maps app, and you may not be notified when it is live.
