While iOS 14.3 is currently available to everyone, Apple is currently working on iOS 14.4 in its beta programs, and the second iOS 14.4 beta has just been released for developers. The public beta of iOS 14.4 beta 2 will likely be released shortly after. But what’s in these new betas?
The first beta of iOS 14.4 came out on December 16, and the public beta followed the next day. In it, we saw additional App Clip experiences, new modem firmware, a fix for black pixels in HDR videos, and Apple’s long-awaited privacy-related feature for apps to ask for permission to track you on your iPhone.
In the iOS 14.4 developer beta 2, nothing immediately stands out that stands out, so we may see just some under-the-hood improvements and bug fixes. However, we will be watching our eyes and update this post accordingly when and if we find new features for the iPhone.
