As the US begins to reopen businesses many of its cities, counties, and states in the United States are taking the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendation to use a face mask or face mask publicly to be taken one step further. Some make it mandatory to hide, enforceable in many places with a fine or arrest if you don't wear your face mask where you should be.

Last month, the CDC changed its guidelines for non-medical masks, urging the general to wear them as a "voluntary health measure." Homemade face masks and covers may not prevent you from acquiring the coronavirus, a respiratory pathogen, but are believed to block larger particles from coughing, sneezing or saliva from asymptomatic people. In other words, wearing a non-medical pad is intended to protect others from u and not the other way around.

The severity of the coronavirus outbreak – with more than 1.1 million confirmed cases in the US and more than three million worldwide – is prompting some local authorities to require the wearing of masks . If everyone wears one, the logic is that any asymptomatic carrier can help prevent the virus from being transmitted, causing more than 248,000 deaths worldwide.

Do I have to wear a face mask outside while walking, cycling or jogging?

When walking outdoors or on a bicycle, you do not have to wear a face mask, according to the instructions of the United States. However, if you're within the city limits, some orders say to bring a fabric upholstery in case you pass someone close by or decide to go to a store. You may also be able to be stopped and quoted.

This is because you are likely to be around other people on the sidewalk and expose them to the virus (or vice versa). When training outdoors, it is best to choose an area that does not have a lot of pedestrian traffic, such as your neighborhood or out of town.

Should children wear face masks?

Most provinces and states with mandates suggest that children wear face masks when they go to essential businesses, from ages 2 to 9. It is not recommended for children who have breathing difficulties or who are under 2 years old to wear a face mask.

However, some areas, such as San Francisco, say that children between the ages of 3 and 12 do not have to wear a face mask. And if they do, they must be supervised by an adult. While states such as Maryland require children 9 years and older to wear fabric coverings.
