If you come across a Chrome extension while on Android, you can add it to your desktop browser for later installation. The next time you open Chrome on a desktop, the extension prompts you to install.
The Chrome Web Store is not accessible from mobile devices. When you try to go to the website, you will be redirected to a page that states that you do not have access to the web store. Your only option is to click on the "Send me a reminder" button to send an e-mail to yourself with a link to the web store.
 Although you do not have access to the Chrome Web Store home page, you can open the page of an extension directly when you click the link in the search results or when someone sends you the link.
