Former vice president Joe Biden has gambled a lot in South Carolina and needs a powerful debate to present his case to voters before Saturday's primary state. Biden and Sanders are neck and neck on top of the latest polls for the state, but billionaire Tom Steyer is not far behind. After missing the Nevada downturn, Steyer qualified for the South Carolina debate at the last minute based on a poll from CBS News / YouGov.
