By linking two presentations together, you can save time by using pre-existing slides. The transition is almost seamless, giving it the illusion of a single presentation. Here you can read how to link PowerPoint presentations.

Before we get started, both presentations must be in the same folder to link them together. If the second file is moved or renamed after the link is made, the slide will be cut off.

Linking two presentations together is not magical, but it is as simple as inserting and clicking on a hyperlink. What this trick does is that you can insert a link in an object or text from presentation A that takes you to a specific slide of presentation B while you are still in presentation mode.

After you have opened the first presentation and to the slide from which you are going to link, select the text or the object to which you want to place the hyperlink.

If you have not yet inserted an object, you can do so by selecting one of the options in the "Images" "Or" Illustrations "section of the" Insert "tab, and then select the object that you want to insert. [1
