- Open the app Settings on your phone.  Tap Apps and notifications .
- Tap Facebook if you see the app in the Recently opened apps at the top.
- If you do not see the app Facebook, tap See all X apps and tap Facebook .
- Tap Storage .
- If your device is running Android 10, tap Storage & cache .
- Tap Clear cache .
