How to respring your iPhone without losing jailbreak & Sileo «iOS & iPhone :: Gadgethacks

Restarting your iPhone can fix software errors, but this should only be done as a last resort if your device has a semi-tethered jailbreak because it will disable tweaks you have applied. Fortunately, your jailbreak iPhone has a faster alternative to restart to help you solve problems and make changes immediately.

A "respring" essentially restarts the operating system of your iPhone without having to go back through the entire boot chain. It is mainly done to quickly implement jailbreak tweaks, such as different icon packs, themes & other mods, but it is also great if you have a semi-tethered jailbreak such as Chimera, so you don't have to start it as you're done. Installing dragspring

First open Sileo and enter "dragspring" in the search field, then tap on the tweak when it appears. Tap "Get" and then press "Queue" or swipe up from the bottom to fully view the card and select "Confirm". Wait a while for the tweak to be installed and then select "Start Springboard" to complete the installation.

Dragspring is automatically switched on as soon as your iPhone is reserved. From now on you can immediately restart your device by opening your Settings app and dragging it to the main page.

Dragspring also has a menu in Settings for further adjustment. Inside you can configure the tweak and enable or disable numerous elements such as "Enable Haptic Feedback" and "Show Spinner Subtitle", along with the ability to personalize the displayed texts before and while respring your device. Make sure you are at the top right on & # 39; Respring & # 39; to apply the changes made.
