The Los Angeles Rams are the latest NFL franchise to introduce new or changed uniforms for the 2020 season, joining the Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their neighbors, the Los Angeles Chargers

However, the Rams put extra effort into their uniform reveal by publishing an augmented reality lens on Snapchat to allow fans to experience the new designs in their socially distant loneliness.

Here's how you can model their new duds in your own home.

Step 1: Install or Update Snapchat

You need to install Snapchat on your smartphone first. If you're new to Snapchat, you'll need a mobile number to register your account.

Step 2: Open the app and get access to the lens

Snapchat opens the camera view by default. Tap the smiley face icon to open the lens carousel and select the Rams logo. If you try this on launch day, this is the first available icon.

If The Rams Icon Is Not In Your Carousel, Scan The Snapcode Below by pointing the Snapchat camera at it and holding down anywhere on the camera view.

Step 3: Interacting with the Lens

With your face on your face, Snapchat will put a virtual helmet and sweater on your person. Tap the screen to switch between the different variants. Snapchat's facial recognition capabilities also work in photos if you want to see what the uniform looks like on others who aren't present.

Step 5: Capture and Share the Experience

Once the content is captured, you can edit it with tools on the right side of the screen. When you're done with your reviews, you can tap Save to download it to your camera roll (and then share it in other apps), add it to your story, or send it to friends you've interacted with on Snapchat.
