Tent the turkey

If the lid of your baking tin never fits over your turkey, but you want a lid to seal the tasty juices while the gobbler is roasting, make an aluminum foil tent.

Stick a bamboo skewer into the turkey breast. (Don't worry, the hole doesn't really show when the turkey is ready and doesn't let much juice escape.) Then tear off two sheets of aluminum foil that are one and a half times longer than your frying pan. Place the two pieces next to each other and fold the long edges together in the middle to make one large sheet of foil.
