The NASCAR Cup Series heads west to California this week for the Toyota Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway. Drivers will navigate 12 turns and 160 feet of total elevation change on the challenging 2.5-mile road course. Martin Truex Jr. has won the last two races at Sonoma and will be looking for a third straight on Sunday. The action begins Sunday at 4pm ET (1pm PT) on FS1.
