A manufacturer known for affordable gaming phones is now selling a fitness-focused smartwatch. The new RedMagic Watch has a 1
RedMagic’s new smartwatch is interesting to say the least. It’s extremely affordable, but it has a 1.39 ″ AMOLED display, 5ATM swim resistance, interchangeable watch straps, and customizable watch faces. It also features 16 different fitness tracking modes (with different outdoor sports modes), as well as heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep monitoring.
Battery life is fantastic too. RedMagic says its smartwatch has a 15-day battery, which drains a little faster if you follow a lot of outdoor sports. In power-saving mode, the RedMagic Watch can last up to 23 days, although it is not clear which features the power-saving mode turns off.
One thing to keep in mind is that the RedWatch doesn’t run Wear OS or any other well-known operating system. Instead, it runs its own operating system that we cannot find information about. For that reason, I recommend looking up reviews for the RedMagic watch before purchasing one. Or, if you want an affordable fitness tracker that is guaranteed to deliver the goods, get a Fitbit Inspire 2.
