A revamped Google Fit app centralizes information from apps such as MyFitnessPal, Sleep as Android, Strava, Wear OS by Google, Basic and more in one hub. It also allows you to view summaries of your stats from the home screen, along with daily and weekly goals for To step and heart points.

Google has also updated the weather experienced on Wear OS by Google smartwatches. The new design is more powerful and simpler, providing only the most relevant weather forecast details and weather warnings.
The new Breathe Tile guides you through breathing sessions to help you decompress. When you are done, you can view your statistics for the session, such as your changes in heart rate.
New shortcuts have been added to the Google Fit Workouts Tile on Wear OS by Google smartwatches that make it easier to jump into a workout. It allows you to view all your stats on one screen while you are exercising. You can set goals for workouts and receive alerts to let you know if you’re staying on track.
The Google Fit app also allows you to view summaries of your walk or run with a map, complete with pace and mile markers. Plus, you can easily share your stats, routes, photos and encouragements with others from your Google Fit journal entries on social media or via messaging apps.
Google has integrated even more bedtime tools with the update and packed additional sleep information into Google Fit. There is more support for devices and apps, such as the Oura Ring, Withings sleep tracking mat, Fossil Gen 5E Smartwatch, Sleep like Android, and sleep cycle.
