- Combine the sugar, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the cornflour mix to the dry ingredients and stir to mix.
- Throw the mixture into a slow cooker pot together with fresh cranberries and the peeled / chopped apples.
- Cover with the lid and put the slow cooker on low for 4-5 hours and leave the fruit tender and thicker.
- Divide into separate portions and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
2. Recipes that use a hob
Put the gravy on a low burner and make room for these sweet treats! Sydney or The Crepes of Wrath has an excellent recipe for poached pears of vanilla spices; they are a light and relatively healthy dessert that makes for a beautiful presentation.

- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter

- Roast pecans in a dry saucepan over medium heat until nutty aromas come out. (Alternatively, you can also use the pecans in the microwave to roast.)
- Pour the chocolate into a graham cracker crust purchased in the store and then sprinkle with pecans.
- Let the ganache rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve at room temperature
Frankly the possibilities are endless when it comes to oven-free cake fillings. You can really throw all your favorite fruit into a crust purchased in the store or even make an oven-free crust! Creamy no-bake Bailey's pumpkin cheesecake contains all the glorious flavors of a baked cheesecake without the stress of water baths, mild heat and natural oven space! And this way, you don't have to worry about a cracked or bubbled surface on the cheesecake itself.
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon. salt
- 1 packet (1 oz.) of gelatin

- 2 packs (8 oz each) of cream cheese, room temperature
- Boil water and Bailey's.
- Turn off the heat and stir in gelatin, sugar, and salt.

- Slowly add the gelatin mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour into separate ramekins or large bowl and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder and powdered sugar to serve!
