Plex Adds Free Live TV from AMC and Other Channels – Review Geek

In June, Plex launched free live TV channels for everyone, offering 80 channels at the time. That number has grown steadily since then, and now Plex has two AMC channels, among other new options. That means you have episodes of The living Dead Into the Badlands, The Making of the Mob, and more. It̵

7;s all free now.

Unfortunately, you can’t just watch an episode of The living Dead do you want to watch; this is not an OnDemand service. Plex’s Live TV is comparable to Amazon’s free Prime Channels; you get a TV guide-like experience telling you what’s going on and what’s coming.

But unlike Prime Channels, you don’t need an account or subscription. You can go to the Plex Live TV site and start watching right away, no need to log in or anything. The service now has more than 160 channels to choose from, thanks to the latest additions. These include:

  • AMC presents
  • Absolute Reality by WE TV
  • All weddings by WE TV
  • Rush by AMC
  • Something off by IFC
  • IFC Films Picks

You can access The Walking Dead, The American West, Kendra on Top Mary Mary, My Fair Wedding with David Tutera, Amazing Wedding Cakes, Children of the Corn, Odd Numbers, Comedy Bang Bang, Baroness von Sketch Show, Stan Against Evil, The Man Who Knew Infinity, Comet ,, Lost In La Mancha, and more. It is a great variety on top of an already large selection.

If you are reading this and you want to watch The living Dead, we checked. AMC Presents is offering a season two marathon, starting Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The season repeats itself until Friday evening.

You can now go straight to Plex’s new Live TV channels from the Live TV site.
