Whether you are a cable plan or a cord cutter, TV is only as good as the content you can watch. Roku, the streaming stick that does everything except HBO Max, knows it and wants to help. The company plans to add five music channels to its range and access ten series of premium channels such as Showtime and Starz.
The additions are part of Roku̵
- iHeart Christmas
- iHeart Christmas Classics
- iHeart Christmas Country
- iHeart Christmas R&B
- iHeart Christmas Rock
But if you want to watch something, you have even more options. Roku partnered with companies to unlock TV shows that normally required a subscription to access. You don’t even need an account. From now until the rest of December you can watch:
- The affair (SHOW TIME)
- The desk (SundanceNow)
- City on a hill (SHOW TIME)
- George careful (AcornTV)
- A divided house (Urban Movie Channel)
- Blaze and the Monster Machines (Noggin)
- The L word: generation Q (SHOW TIME)
- Ray Donovan (SHOW TIME)
- The restaurant (SundanceNow)
- The Spanish princess (STARZ)
- Ongoing work (SHOW TIME)
And if it’s a movie you’re looking for, Roku has that too. You can watch from now until December 13 A majestic Christmas and
Marry Santa Claus on the Hallmark Movies Now for free. And you have until December 31 to watch Love at the Christmas table free on the Lifetime Movie Club channel.
Of course, all freebies will go away, so enjoy it while it lasts.
