Be bored? Do not worry. Both Target and Amazon have “buy two, get one free”
Target’s sales are focused on video games for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo consoles. While it may not have deals on every brand new AAA title, you will still find some great games like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, Madden NFL 21, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, Mafia: Definitive Edition, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Game of the Year Edition, Spyro: Reignited Trilogy, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War among other things.
Amazon’s sales are a bit more robust, offering media other than video games (although it offers titles such as Just Dance 2021, Katamari Damacy Reroll, and Ori and the likes of the wisps). Table game enthusiasts can play games such as Cards against humanity, Connect 4, Jenga, Guess who?, Monopoly, Catan, Scrabble, Exploding kittens, and Sorry to round out their collection of board games.
The same sale also offers plenty of good books for avid readers in a variety of genres (including books for children). Available titles include SE Hinton’s The outsiders, E. Lockhart’s We were liarsFrom Michelle Obama To become, Ta-Nehisi Coates’ Between the world and me, Dr. Seuss’ I wish you a happy birthday!, and Brit Bennett’s The disappearing half.
Movie buffs have a good selection at their fingertips, with choices such as The Wolf of Wall Street, the Twilight saga, House, The Godfather 3 film collection, Frozen, and Avengers: Infinity War. Amazon’s sale offers a decent variety of music and toys, and there are plenty of options for kids and adults alike, as well as families.
