This is essentially the Target version of Amazon Prime Day, where the retailer offers tons of items in various categories for sale both in-store and online.
Basically, if for some reason you don’t want to give Amazon or Walmart your money, head over to a nearby Target or Target website starting June 20 for what the company calls its “biggest digital sale of the summer.”
Target made a point to mention that this event is “designed for” everyone, no membership fees required”, in a direct shot at Amazon’s Prime subscription. It then confirmed that it offers hundreds and thousands of discounts on everything from electronics, home goods, beauty items, toys and, for the first time, food and beverages.
