IP instructions: https://www.staysnatched.com/instant-pot-creamed -spinach / ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 cup of chopped onion 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped 16 oz frozen chopped spinach I prefer to use the frozen spinach that is in a bag instead of the boxes packaged frozen spinach. 1/2 cup broth I used chicken broth 6 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Instructions Note: I prefer to use frozen chopped spinach that comes in a bag because it is not frozen in a block, like the frozen spinach that comes in a box. If you use frozen spinach, I recommend that you first defrost and drain the water. If you do not do this, the recipe will probably become supple due to the excess water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can also use an equal amount of fresh spinach if you want.
