Mashed potatoes with garlic and chives
Carbohydrate-rich potatoes are a no-no keto, but fortunately cauliflower is a delicious substitute for the important Thanksgiving puree. Make ahead (it only takes a few minutes to prepare) and save up to three days. Get the mashed cauliflower with garlic and chive recipe.
Keto Green Bean Casserole

KETO LOW-CARB CREAMED SPINACH ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So ….. you don't have to always wear it to dress and really make and hit the steakhouse with bae for this side dish. You can make it at home! It is super easy to make and even easier to do with an Instant Pot. Don't have an instant pot? I have instructions here: https://www.staysnatched.com/creamed-spinach/(but, seriously … get one!) IP instructions: https://www.staysnatched.com/instant-pot-creamed -spinach / ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 cup of chopped onion 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped 16 oz frozen chopped spinach I prefer to use the frozen spinach that is in a bag instead of the boxes packaged frozen spinach. 1/2 cup broth I used chicken broth 6 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Instructions Note: I prefer to use frozen chopped spinach that comes in a bag because it is not frozen in a block, like the frozen spinach that comes in a box. If you use frozen spinach, I recommend that you first defrost and drain the water. If you do not do this, the recipe will probably become supple due to the excess water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can also use an equal amount of fresh spinach if you want. The cooking time remains the same. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Place the Instant Pot on the saute function. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Put the olive oil, garlic and onions in the pot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions become fragrant and transparent. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Put the frozen chopped spinach, cream cheese, chicken broth and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) in the pot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bake for 5 minutes on Manual> High pressure cooking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When the pot indicates that it is ready, release the steam quickly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Open the lid and add the Parmesan cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese has melted. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Serve.

Turkey fillet with air casserole
Deep-fried turkeys have been a real rage in recent years, but the process can be cumbersome and potentially a fire hazard. Fortunately, you can use your Instant Pot to make a crispy skin with a soft flesh without the clutter and worry of setting your home on fire. Make sure you buy a fryer attachment (you will use it much more than Thanksgiving). No surprise, the Instant Pot can't handle a full-size turkey, but a four pound, bone-in, skin-on breast tastes great and serves around 10 guests. Best of all, you can complete the main event of the evening in just one hour. Receive the recipe for the turkey breast air fryer

The good news for the Keto believers is that you can bathe your bird in delightful recycled pawns without taking a cheat day. The key to this low-carbohydrate gravy is the use of xanthan gum as a thickener. It is essential for keto cooking, because unlike flour and cornflour, the polysaccharide does not add net carbohydrates. Get the low carbohydrate gravy recipe with low carbohydrates.
