You will want some salty, cheesy indulgences and, luckily for you, cheese is a fair game. Break out theor slow cooker to prevent the queso from solidifying during the event. Avocado is really the crown jewel, recruiting superstar and, in many ways, the face of the keto movement. It contains many healthy fats and few carbohydrates, and most people love it, so consider making a few variations on guac to keep it fun. You can start with a standard base and then add nice mix-ins such as crabmeat, shrimp, diced ahi tuna or bacon. When in doubt … wing it!
Chile is a sleeper when it comes to ketobusters, and beans are usually the culprit, although tomatoes with a high sugar content take on part of the blame. Because you dump the beans in this version, feel free to increase the number of onions and pepper (maybe add a few different varieties and colors) or add diced zucchini for texture. But you can also take this opportunity to explore more interesting drinks with drinks and make a few low-carb cocktails. There are a number of low-sugar, keto-friendly wines on the market, but if football is not a wine shop for you, what about a tasty large batch cocktail?
