Turn off blood oxygen monitoring on Apple Watch
You can turn off blood oxygen monitoring from the “Settings” app on your Apple Watch. Make sure to check the watch face on your Apple Watch and press the Digital Crown. Open the “Settings” app in the app gallery.
Scroll down here and choose the “Blood Oxygen” app. Tap the switch next to the “Blood Oxygen Measurements” option to turn the feature off.
Now the Blood Oxygen app, along with background measurements, will be disabled.
How to Uninstall Blood Oxygen App from Apple Watch
After turning off the blood oxygen monitoring feature, you may want to delete the app yourself (don’t worry, you can reinstall it from the App Store on the Apple Watch).

Press the Apple Watch Digital Crown to open the app gallery. Here, tap and hold the “Blood Oxygen” app.
Now tap on the little “X” button on top of the Blood Oxygen app and then choose the “Delete App” option.
If you are using the list view, swipe left in the Blood Oxygen app, tap the “Delete” button, then choose the “Delete app” option.
The Blood Oxygen app will now disappear from the apps screen.
Turn off blood oxygen monitoring on iPhone
You can also turn off the blood oxygen monitoring feature with the Watch app on your iPhone.
From the “My Watch” tab in the “Watch” app, choose “Blood Oxygen”.
Then tap the switch next to “Blood Oxygen Measurements” to turn the feature off.
