The Department of Health and Human Services will work with the Department of Defense to distribute the masks across the country. In the communities where the masks are delivered, everyone is eligible to get one from the local community health center.
For the distribution of food bank masks, the Ministry of Defense will work with the Ministry of Agriculture. The masks will be delivered to many of the country’s food banks, which will then be distributed across food pantries and soup kitchens across the US.
