Thewas released on November 10, but you would hardly know it from the product pages and store shelves of major retailers. This is the $ 300 little brother out of the $ 500 It all plays the same games, but it’s limited to 1
But thesold out quickly on pre-order day in September, and most of us had to wait until launch day, November 10, to claim a console. If you didn’t get one either, you have to ask yourself, how much stock is there actually this week? That’s hard to say, as Microsoft has said little about how many units it will put on sale.
This is true: while Sony’s, both flavors of the Xbox were initially available both online and in stores. The Series S sold out quickly and we expect limited quantities for the remainder of 2020.
While most retailers haven’t communicated very clearly (if at all) to customers about when they expect to have units for sale, a few stores have been more in advance. For example, Walmart has kept customers informed via Twitter about when it will drop new inventory. We know your next chance to buy an Xbox Series S or Series X will be Walmart tonight, Nov. 25, at 6 p.m. PT (9 p.m. ET). The sale is online only.
That is not all. We know that tooas well as today at 4 p.m. PT (7 p.m. ET).
Walmart isn’t the only retailer to tap into Twitter.does much the same thing, only gives less attention. The retailer tweets the availability at the time of failure, directly in contact with customers and gamers. A representative from Antonline also said, “We have a strict one-per-customer policy and perform a lot of checks to get it into the hands of real gamers and not scalpers.” Here’s the store’s most recent tweet about a drop. As you can see, you probably want to follow the store to make the tweets useful:

At least one CNET editor was able to score the Xbox Series S on Amazon earlier this month. The inventory has since disappeared there, but if you want to try your luck, we’ve rounded up all the major retailers currently offering the console for sale.
Here is Walmart’s Xbox Series S order page. Walmart says your next chance to buy an Xbox online will be 6 p.m. PT today.

Amazon’s order page lists both versions of the next-gen console: the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
This is where you can buy an Xbox Series S from Newegg.
If you want to buy the new Xbox from GameStop, go here.
Target also has a page for the Xbox Series S.
Microsoft is offering the Xbox Series S for $ 300, or as part of the Xbox All Access plan, which includes the Series S and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and costs $ 25 per month for 24 months.
